The recently opened tunnel will provide vital north-south connectivity for cyclists and pedestrians. The ribbon cutting was filled with jubilee as elementary school children chanted, "cut the rope," followed by S.A.V.E.'s own Matt Elsaesser officially opening the tunnel.
